T1 Fixture Schedule and Specification Package
This design service is intended for a design professional. The first step is to look over the existing lighting plan and approve the design. Next we build a specification package that includes a detailed fixture schedule and specification sheets for all fixtures and parts needed. This package indicates the fixture's type designation, manufacturer, ordering specifications, correct lamping, lenses, accessories, and a description of the fixture. The customer will be responsible for implementing the information into the project as needed.
T2 Fixture Schedule, Specification Package and Redline Lighting Plan
This design service will produce a simple redline lighting design package intended to give the customer direction on what light fixtures to use and where to place them. The redline plan is part of a specification package that includes a detailed fixture schedule as well as specification sheets for all fixtures and components needed. The package indicates the product’s type designation, manufacturer, ordering specifications, lamping, lenses, accessories, and a description of the hardware specified. The customer will be responsible for implementing the information into the project as needed.

It includes a number of contracted site visits to make sure the design is being built properly. The lighting plan provides exact locations for light fixture placement and construction details for any product that is not typical in installation. Along with the lighting plan a specification package is provided that includes a detailed fixture schedule as well as specification sheets for all fixtures and components needed. The package indicates the product’s type designation, manufacturer, ordering specifications, lamping, lenses, accessories, and a description of the hardware specified.

Additional Services Offered
A final focus happens after the customer has completely moved into the space. All of the furniture and artwork need to be installed in their intended locations. We then aim, add lenses, and re-lamp all of the adjustable accent fixtures in the space. We will create a re-lamping schedule that indicates what lamps and lenses we used in the fixtures. The customer can reference the schedule when purchasing new lamps.
Control System Programming
Design Illuminations can be hired to program or to oversee the programming of whole space controls systems. When we are involved with programming we can be sure the intended lighting design and control logic are fully realized. During the process we measure the light levels for artwork, task surfaces, and general illumination. Adjustments are made as needed to make sure the correct light levels are being achieved.
We can provide landscape lighting design for a project of any scale. The detail level of the project will determine the detail level of our involvement.
Additional Lighting Design Work
Many of our customers add rooms or areas to their projects as they are being built. We can easily add those spaces into the scope of the work at the same rate billed for existing work.
